How to participate?
1. Perform eligible transactions (min. spend of RM100) per week during the campaign period. All the purchases can be accumulated within campaign period.

Terms and Conditions:
1. The “Jaga Diri Jaga Semua” Campaign Period starts from 12:01AM on 15th September to 11:59PM on 15th October.
2. The Campaign is organised by Starbox Rebates Sdn.Bhd (herein after referred as “GETBATS”).
3. “Jaga Diri, Jaga Semua” is open to all GETBATS members and Malaysian citizens only. By joining this Campaign, participants hereby agree to abide by these Official Rules, which shall be final and binding on all matters relating to this Campaign.
4. Campaign Entrance:

Minimum spend of RM 100.00 per week
When a member spends a total amount of RM 100.00 or more per week, he/she will be entitled to an entry to our “Jaga Diri, Jaga Semua” campaign. All members are only entitled to one (1) entry each week per GETBATS account.

5. Entry Procedure:

Complete a purchase during the campaign period.
a) Register / login to GETBATS App
b) Select a store on GETBATS (excluded Shopee and Shop.getbats)
c) Purchase from the store selected (accumulated of RM 100 and above)
d) Receive Confirmed Rebate in your withdrawable balance from purchases
e) Campaign entry will be entitled.

Update your profile (Refer image below)
a) Tap “Me”/ “Profile Settings”
b) Tap “Edit”
c) Fill up all your necessary information (name, mobile number, email address, shipping address, etc.)
6. Rebate is calculated excluding all taxes, shipping charges, discounts, promo code applied, gift card purchase, e-wallet top ups, credits utilized, service charges, points redemption etc.
7. Returns, exchanges and cancellations will not be awarded with rebates.
8. Winners will be selected randomly. Winners who have fulfilled all Campaign Entrance will be entitled to one Newgene Saliva Antigen Test Kit each.
9. Winners will be announced via email every week. All shipping charges are covered by the Organiser.
10. Participant is allowed to accumulate the total purchase amount from multiple bills or multiple stores throughout the Campaign Period.
11. Participant is allowed to purchase from all partner stores of GETBATS except Shopee and Shop.getbats.
12. Purchase of 50% e-Voucher is not entitled to campaign entry.
13. Only legitimate transactions are qualified to join the campaign. Accounts that engage in fraudulent orders/activities, such as gaming or cheating the system will be banned and all rebates forfeited.
14. GETBATS has the right to verify the validity of any entry and reserves the right to disqualify any participant for tampering with the entry process, submitting an entry not in accordance with these terms and conditions or if the participant is engaged in unlawful conduct that jeopardizes the fair and proper conduct of the Campaign.
15. As a condition of entering this Campaign, the participants grant GETBATS an irrevocable right and permission to use all submissions and shares in all forms and media indefinitely for any purpose and without remuneration or compensation. Participants also grant GETBATS the rights to use the participant’s name including the publishing of the winner’s names on the GETBATS.com, GETBATS Facebook Page and GETBATS Instagram.
Cancellation of the Campaign
16. In the unfortunate event that the Campaign is disrupted for any reason including but not limited to infection by computer virus or tampering, GETBATS reserves the rights to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign.
Personal Information
17. GETBATS may collect personal information pursuant to the Campaign in order to verify a participation. By entering into the Campaign, the participating member hereby agrees and consents to the submitting of his/her personal information for verification purposes when needed and in accordance with GETBATS’s privacy statement.
